What we’re looking for…

Opex supports in excess of 2200 users of XPLAN. The successful applicant will become a member of our Managed Services Team and be responsible for the client service experience.

> You will provide exceptional customer service, accurate and effective response to queries, troubleshooting and escalation to second level support where appropriate to meet Service Level Agreement expectations.

> Our clients contact us by telephone and/or email and responses need to be professional and timely both with the client and software providers where required.

> You need to have a willingness to learn and continuously develop your skills and knowledge of the financial planning industry and technology such as Power BI and Xeppo. This includes attending internal and external training sessions and using online portals. There may be a requirement for you to build training material for internal and external use.

> Due to the agile nature of the business and the focus on teamwork you will be required to participate in value-adding projects/queries on an ad-hoc basis.

> This is a great entry level position to gain exposure to, and knowledge of, the financial planning and financial technology industry.
> A sense of humour is a must

Skills and experience

> Tertiary qualification or nearing completion in Commerce or Finance discipline

> A sincere interest in the financial services industry and technology

> Very strong written and verbal communication skills are essential

> Problem solving skills

> Strong attention to detail

> Ability to work pro-actively in a team based and agile environment

> Client service/financial planning industry experience would be looked upon favourably

> Xplan knowledge is highly desirable
