What we’re looking for… 

If you are an experienced Xplan (Xmerge) developer, then you will enjoy working with the existing Opex Solutions and delivering high-quality and creative solutions for our clients.  You will:

• Work closely with the Opex development team to design, develop, document and install next-level Xplan solutions;
• Be required to use your Xplan (Xmerge) development experience (including understanding of Python) to assist with ad-hoc and client specific development requests. This includes the scoping and building of the desired solution;
• Use your knowledge, initiative and problem-solving skills to make suggestions for continual improvement, not just identify them;
• Be a valuable team member of a small team;
• A sense of humour is a must!

Skills and experience

• Minimum 5 years’ Xplan experience
• Minimum 5-years’ experience as a Xplan (Xmerge) developer
• Comprehensive understanding of the Financial Advice process
• Advisory and/or paraplanning experience
• Extraordinarily strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong numeracy skills
• Ability to work autonomously and to deadlines
• Ability to work pro-actively in a team based and agile environment
