Aleisha provided outstanding service throughout this entire project. This started 8th of October and there were many moving parts, back and forths, a user not knowing too much (me) and of course dealing with Iress… Aleisha was proactive, helpful, communicated any updates in a very timely manner and a pleasure to deal with. What would have otherwise been a painful and drawn out experience was quite the opposite.
